What sort of shop can i buy an adapter to blow up a swiss exercise ball.?

How much more effective are exercises on the swiss/exercise balls then just regular exercises on the floor?
I've heard they're about %65 %408 more effective. Give me examples of the best exercises please D . But, I've also heard that some fitness experts say that %70 of swiss ball exercises are worthless. Can you give me examples of these worthless exercises?My first time on an exercise ball was yesterday at the gym. I did crunches on them and immediately I felt my stomach burning after 2 crunches. They're obviously better then regular crunches since it takes me at least 20 on the floor to feel the effects, and they're no where near as intense as the few I did on the swiss ball. PS. They're just plain fun to use also, I'm going to go buy one for me and my moms today D
Weight lifting on a swiss/exercise ball?
I've done cardio for about 6 months now. I want to move on to weight training.I've always liked the swiss ball. Is it better to do weight lifting on a swiss ball as opposed to the more conventional method?
