How often are you supposed to flip your mattress?
I just threw mine away and got a new one because the springs in it were KILLING my back. I never flipped it not once when I had it. So I'm wondering how often should I flip this new one so that I won't have these back problems?

Which is better for my back; A hard or soft mattress?
I've been sleeping on a hard mattress for about 6 years now, it's pretty comfortable and I fall asleep really easily on it. However, I have a sideways curve in my spine, I also have upper back pain and my parents think that my hard mattress caused this. I don't know if this was caused by my hard mattress or not but for the past 2 nights I've been sleeping on a soft mattress topper and it is extremely uncomfortable for me and I have a hard time falling asleep on it.I want to switch back to sleeping on my hard mattress. But, which is better for my back A hard or soft mattress?Thanks
Memory foam mattress for people with cystic fibrosis?
Hi, I'm an 18 year old male with cystic fibrosis and have always been really healthy considering. But recently i bought myself a new bed and memory foam mattress to go with it but since around the time i bought the bed and mattress a good few week ago now i've had a really bad cough, after i get up in a morning its there for a couple of hours before it wares off and usually comes back in when im in my bedroom at all i was wondering if the memory foam mattress could be doing this to me with any toxins in it or something ? All answers would be much appreciated as this is really beginning to concern me now.

hey, changing my sheets today with my mum cause she bought new ones and i found these stains on the mattress. it seems to be were my crotch would be. it was rather embarrassing cause they were visible. it was easily clear that is wasn't urine because it was too dark. Then it couldn't be semen cause its too dark as well. i have no idea what it could be but since its dark brown, i believe its blood. now in the case that it is, ive never bleed from my penis before or found any stains on my underwear etc so then i makes me believe that the problem could be something else so i need help. I will admit that i have been having more wet dreams recently and i have been waking up almost soaking with what i think is sweat on my legs. So does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be ? im a 18 year old guy btw

I am shopping for my husband who has difficulty sleeping because of his hip disorder in addition to his sinus problems. Since I cannot afford a medicinal mattress, I thought to supplement the mattress with some type of cushion. How long does it take to get use to a Tempur-Pedic cloud mattress?
I just bought a Tempur Pedic King cloud mattress. I've had it two nights and hate it so far I had a top of the line pillow top mattress I replaced this bed with... Has anyone purchased one and it took a few nights to get use to? Should I give it awhile or call it off? My arms seem to fall asleep all night long and I'm very sore when I wake up..... Hi,I'm 20. I have a hard mattress that I've been sleeping on for 6 years now and I have back pain and a curved spine.. I personally find my hard mattress very comfy. But my parents think that my mattress is the reason why I've been having back problems lately. So I wanted to try sleeping on a soft mattress topper to see if it would help my back. Problem is I can't afford to buy one at the moment, neither can my parents. But my dad told me that I could use my brothers old mattress topper since he no longer uses it.Problem with that is the topper looks extremely dirty and it smells bad, because my brother has bad hygiene he rarely ever takes showers like maybe once or twice a month , he literally never brushes his teeth or washes his hands. I'm sure it's filled with 1000's of germs. Makes me nauseous just thinking about sleeping on it, I hate germs with a passion.Will I get sick if I sleep on my brothers old mattress topper? Thanks
