Is there a combined lumbar support cushion with a wedge for height?
i have scoliosis and im also kind of short. i cant see over the dash in my truck. is there any kind of combined cushions that would help with both of my problems without putting a huge dent in my wallet?
I bought a lumbar support pillow but I'm still uncomfortable?
I am having serious back pain that starts in my lower back and runs all the way up to the back of my head. I picked up a pillow today that takes a lot of the pressure off of my lower back, which is going to help tremendously when driving and sitting at work. However, my neck still aches and the pillow is doing nothing to help that. Should I buy something else what? and return this pillow, buy something to use in addition to this pillow what? , or keep what I have and hope that the neck pain goes away on its own?In case it matters, I've already been put on 1000 mg of anti inflammatory meds and a muscle relaxer it's not helping.
Could anyone recommend a lumbar support/lower back cushion for the car?

Best mattress for lumbar support?
Beds that are too firm end up making my back feel worse. I have a herniated disc im my lower back. To be honest, when I sleep on an old, soft spring mattress, my back feels better. What is the best mattress for lumbar support that will give me a return policy? I am a 5'8" male, 150lbs, and I sleep mainly on my side.

Where can I buy a lumbar support cushion that I can put on my car seat? I've checked the drug stores around here, and none of them carry one. Any suggestions on what other type of store I might check?I've found several places where I can buy one online, but I'd prefer to be able to go somewhere and get it.
