Are inversion tables worth the money? Do they actually help back pain?
I've heard hanging upside down on those can relieve pressure between joints in the back. I have a herniated disk in my neck, i wonder if it would help?

i have a slipped disc had mri done to confirm this go to a specialist in a few weeks. Just looking for people who have had this problem and what your outcome was. Inversion table's effective in treating Disc Bulges?
I have been diagnosed with a bulge in my L5 S1 region of my back and have been having agonizing sciatica for about 7 months now. I have days were there pain is only a 5 and some days the pain can be upwards of a 10 and have trouble walking because of the pain shooting down my right leg.I tried an Inversion table last night but did not feel that " stretch" or even the cracks or pops in my back when I used it. I tried even fully inverting 90 degrees. It seemed like I walked straighter and my posture was improved,however the next morning my pain feels the same, if not worse than yesterday.For those of you that have inversion tables, how long does it take to see results? I am still planning on buying one since I am willing to try anything at this point. Just need to know if it can take a few days or weeks to see the pain stat to subside.
