Hey My names George im 16 6'4 " and 245 lbs i play varsity football and workout allot. ever since about september 2011 i haver had this piercing lower right back pain like right where my butt and back meet. and it HURTS A SHIT TON. when i sit down and try to touch my toes i can reach my left foot with ease but my right foot i can even sit right i have to lean back almost lie down from the pain. I cant straighten my feet in front of me wen i sit b/ c then id have to lie down from the pain!! please i need explanation and help!

The chances are you have torn one of the muscles in your back or bottom. This may now be spasming and causing the pain you describe by preventing you stretching it out. I'd avoid the varsity football training for a couple of weeks if you can, or just do some upper body training. It is probably worth visiting a doctor as they can properly examine you and work out where the pain is coming from. The website below has some pages with simple exercises and stretches you can try. In addition, take some simple painkillers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen if you can because being in pain can actually cause more damage by changing the way you use the muscles in your back.
