Question: Is it my acne or my bed that's causing severe back pain?

I have very bad acne on my upper back. I'm fairly certain I have a few cysts that have developed and been untreated. I am unsure what to do since I don't have medical insurance. I have been waking up after only a couple hours of sleep because the of the pain lately. Today I wake up sorer than I have ever been and it's scaring me. The pain is shooting through my shoulders up to my head. What should I do? |
