I think I have a stomach virus, but my back is hurting more than my stomach even. Every time I'm sick my back kills me, it is a very intense pain .nothing helps it, what could cause this? I am 21 year old male, Im on my fiances account.

It may be a pulled muscle sometimes severe back pain can cause vomiting from fluids being squished in your back!
