Question: Bad upper back pain? what to do?
(Posted by: CinderellaMonogatari1 on 2010-03-09 10:33:50)
I've been having a bad pain in my upper back around the left shoulder and spine area for days (I woke up with this pain). It got worse after my dance class. It's a piercing sensation and hurts when I move, even when I don't do anything and just sit. It's especially bad when I try to turn my head or my upper body to the side, so I can't look over my left shoulder or anything and I'm being careful by avoiding any sudden movements with my left arm. The pain seems to have spread into my left arm too because it feels a little numb and it's slightly tingling.. Is this a muscle strain or a spasm? I can't figure out what's wrong. I've tried stretching in every way possible and it's still there, even after getting a back massage. What should I do? |
