Back Pain Resources

Question: I have a back pain for last 3 days because i bent down for few seconds. is it a cause for concern?

Same thing happened few months before also. And it was cured on its own after few days. I cannot stand erect, or walk comfortably, there is little pain. So is it necessary to consult a doctor?

Many people have degenerative discs in their spine, the fourth and fifth discs are common for this. I would take it easy, try not to exert yourself and it should mend up. From now on when bending down make sure to use the knees more to do that as in bending at the knees not just leaning over.
