Question: Why do i keep getting this unusual back pain?

Hey guys i keep getting this feeling of loads of pins digging in my back and especially when i walk my dog, i am 14 and nearly 15 and im growing in height very very rapidly is it something to do with that? its really painful and im just woundering if anyone knows whats going on? lol :P..thanks =)

Your elders will tell you its just growing pains. We all get them but if you are worried go and speak to your doctor. That is what he's there for. Good luck.
