Left lower back pain and nausea?

Question: Left lower back pain and nausea?

Earlier this evening about an hour after i ate and went to lay down i got this really intense lower back pain (on the left side) and got really neaseus and wanted to vomit. It only lasted a few minutes but why do you think this happened? i've also been extremely tired lately as well, have lost all motivation to do anything

You probably have a kidney stone. If you experience more pain, I would call your doctor, who may tell you to go to the hospital. Kidney stones generally aren't serious, but can be extremely painful.
