Lower back pain.....horrible. 10 points!?

I have been having Lower back pain for over a week now. I had period like symptoms....Mood swings, bloating, light cramping. & I mean MOOD SWINGS! But no period. My legs started getting cramps in them too...mostly my lower legs. Now I have light cramping in my lower abdominal. I have peeing A LOT more lately. I can't make it through the night without going atleast three times. I also got extremely dizzy when I stood up the other day....the I got the worst nausea I've ever had....then I got sick. But threw all of this....my back is the worst. It's my lower sides of my back that are the worst. and I feel pressure there when I pee or breathe deeply. I also feel like my stomach is very tight... & bloated. I know this is a lot....but it's awful... & I have no clue what it could be.. any ideas would help! Thank you! The abdominal cramping....is very light not bad at all. But my back is not so much like cramps it just aches and at times is painful. even when lying down still it is achy...but it is better than when I'm walking.

Hmm. well when i tore my hamstring i started getting bad lower back pains and the trainer told me its from the hamstring pulling on my hip bone. try stretching your legs esp. your hamstrings see if this helps. as for the other stuff like dizzyness idk go see a doc.

You have diabetes, lose the sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates., especially soda. diabetes causes kidney problems and dizziness. get a glucose meter and check your blood sugar. eat small balanced meals at regular times 8-12-5
