I am suffering from a severe lower back pain for the past 2 years... I am working in the IT industry... which demands long sitting for hours... I tried both English and Ayurvedic Medicines... Neck and upper back pain relief?
Ok, so to cut a long story short I was wrestling today and I landed on my neck upper back in a move. I can move and I'm fine but I'm very sore. I have iced it and I took some ibuprofen earlier but we don't have any ibuprofen or Tylenol in the house at the moment and it's almost 5 00 am. besides an ice pack does anyone have any other good pain revilers so I can at least get some rest?

My spine in my neck I think it is always feels tight and I have to constantly crack my neck any ideas to help me have to crack my neck less?I also get my lower back sore and tight especially driving. Any remidies to crack my own back? And I know I need to find a lumbar support to put in my seat.
Has anyone within 'earshot' had any sort of lower back pain relief with an inversion table?
I may have a pinched nerve in my lower back. In any case, it's a dull, intermittent pain that is more nagging and chronic than severe and acute. But I cannot get relief. Has anyone tried an inversion table as a means of stretching the spine and lower back muscles, possibly relieving pressure on the nerves down there? I'm looking to try and remedy this myself before I go to a doctor. Thanks.

Upper back pain relief and painkillers question?
Okay, so I have been having really bad upper back pain, usually its either around one scapula or the other. Sometimes its a cramping, sometimes a pinching, sometimes just a soreness, sometimes a stabbing, and more recently a burning pain, but any kind of pain I have is excruciating. I have been to a couple different doctors, see my chiropractor on a weekly basis, I've had x rays, and none of them can figure out what is wrong with me. Has any one ever had this kind of inconsistent, excruciating type of pain, and what caused it for you?On another note, I have always been prescribed Vicodin by doctors, and it doesn't matter if i eat or drink milk before taking them, they make me so sick that I usually throw up. They used to be fine, but I seem to have developed some sort of allergy because they also make me itchy and they do the opposite of making me sleepy. I also have a tolerance to them because of how long I've had to take them. Any suggestions on another type of medicine that might not have these side effects, and might help with the pain, and make it possible to go to sleep?Thank you in advance if you answer.
I have had excruciating lower back pain for years now. Can you help me get lower back pain relief?
The pain is also radiating from the groin and buttocks down the right leg to ankle. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can get lower back pain relief without any surgery? Please note that I have had my fair share of " specialist" consultant visits with no positive results at all.

I have degenerative disc disease, was told it is mild but the pain is unbelieveable would hate to think how uch it would hurt if it was worse. I can hardly move and cant even sleep as lying down hurts too much. has anyone found something that helps.

Does hanging upside down for 1 hour a day relieves lower back pain to the point when you have no lower back pain and the pain comes back after lifting heavy objects or sitting a lot, or does it cures it but it comes back after lifting heavy objects and sitting a lot?Cure if one has mild or far disc herniation one gets absolutely rid of this disease.Pain relief the pain goes away but the disease disc bulge, disc herniation, etc. stays.
