Homedics back massager. Does anyone know how long I should leave it off between uses?
All the directions say is to not run it more than 15 minutes at a time. I guess the little motors must cool off but I have no idea how long that takes. I wore one out by using it too much and I don't want to make that mistake again. It is so relaxing after a hard backbreaking shift at work, that it seems I just can't get enough of it and that makes it hard to leave on the off position. How long between sessions is long enough? i need to find a back massager thats strong enough to actually relieve my neck pain. what stores would carry a strong neck massageris it better to buy one that plugs into a wall rather than a battery operated one because the battery ones airn't as strong?
